We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over A$50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.

4.3 Delivery Issues

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order, provided:

• Items are in original, unused condition with tags attached
• Original packaging and all accessories/manuals are included
• Items are free of odors, stains, or damage

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Hygiene & Safety products
• Used hydration bladders/bottles
• Unpackaged Lightweight Sleep Gear (sleeping bags, liners)
• Custom or special order items
• Clearance/discounted items marked “final sale”

5.3 Return Process

1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days
3. Securely package the item with all original tags and packaging
4. Ship to our Tasmania warehouse using a trackable service (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
5. We inspect upon arrival and process refunds within 5 business days

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Liability and Responsibility
